Scheduling

Associates for Oral & Maxillofacial surgery is open Monday - Friday from 8 am until 5 pm in our Medford office. Our Satellite offices in Klamath Falls and Grants Pass are open on various days throughout the week. If you live in any of those areas, or close to one of those locations, we will try to accommodate you by scheduling your appointment in the closest office.  If you need a particular day that a satellite office may be closed, we will accommodate you in our Medford office.  We will make every attempt to schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.  We do have a 24-hour answering service with a surgery assistant on-call to help answer your questions.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that Associates for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery provides surgical and emergency services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. We are also on Trauma and ER Call for Rogue Valley Medical Center, Providence Medford Medical Center, Three Rivers Community Hospital, Ashland Community Hospital, and Merle West Medical Center, so emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We really appreciate your understanding and patience.
